The Universal equipment complex consists of a unified technological line of equipment with different levels of mechanization in the technological process.
The complex includes the following technological machines:
- Grain cleaner ZSh-300;
- Micromill MiM-02;
- Sieve PR-100-2;
- Aspirator A-200.
For mechanized transport of raw materials between individual machines, a mechanization kit can be used.
- Short payback period for equipment (up to 3.5 months).
- Wide range of produced finished products (25 types of groats and 6 types of flour).
- Productivity from 3 to 12 tons per day (depending on the configuration).
- Quick reconfiguration of the complex for operation with different raw materials (up to 40 minutes).
- Small area required for installation of one standard complex (excluding warehouse space).
