The Slavyanka UAS mounted stripper header is designed for threshing plants on their roots without pruning stems and is used for harvesting grain, fodder and industrial crops by direct combining.

Types of harvested crops:

• Cereal crops: wheat, barley, rye, oats, triticale, sorghum;
• Forage crops: lucerne, sainfoin, brome grass, melilot, clover;
• Industrial crops: oil-bearing flax.

By individual order, it is possible to combine with other brands of harvesters.

The complex for the processing of bast crops is designed for the production of single-type fiber from industrial hemp (retted hemp stalks).
The complex processes raw material in the form of shaped bales of rectangular shape (bales) or cylindrical shape (round bales) from hemp stalks with chaotic arrangement of hemp in the layer.
As a result of raw material processing in the Complex, pure fiber and shives are obtained.

The trolley is a single-axle trailer designed for transporting Slavyanka UAS headers with a working width of 5, 6, 7 meters and a weight of no more than 3000 kg.

The trolley is designed for transportation on paved roads, graded soil, and field roads, with a surface moisture content of no more than 20% and road curve radii of at least 10 meters.

The slope that the trolley with the installed header can overcome should not exceed 12 degrees.

The Cinderella “Zolushka” UOK installation for improving the quality grade of groats and cleaning plant seeds belongs to the grain cleaning machines category. It can be used for:

• cleaning seeds of field crops (millet, vetch, mustard, rapeseed, oil radish, etc.) from weed impurities;
• improving the quality grade of polished millet (GOST 572-60) by removing defective (broken) millet grains, seeds of wild and cultivated plants, as well as other weed impurities. The installation allows the production of top-grade millet from third, second, and first-grade millet.

Universal complex is designed for the production of whole and crushed groats, flour from cereals and leguminous crops in strict accordance with the current standards of Ukraine and Russia.

The Universal equipment complex is a single technological equipment line with different levels of mechanization of the technological process.

The Universal shredder is designed for crushing (shredding) by cutting method industrial waste, plant raw materials, and food products, namely: chunks and sheet plastics of all kinds, wood, cardboard and paper, glass, rubber, foam, textiles, animal bones, roots, branches, bark, medicinal herbs, berries, dried fruits, rusks, etc.

In accordance with the type of processed raw materials, the basic model of the shredder can be equipped with an aspiration system for removing light impurities from the shredded product (roots, medicinal herbs, tree bark, berries, etc.) or a pneumatic discharge system for forcibly removing the shredded product prone to doming (foam, film, etc.) from the working chamber.

Screw separator for cleaning shot is designed to extract from bulk raw materials consisting of spherical particles, inclusions with deviations from sphericity.

The separator can clean the following types of raw materials, such as shot (steel, cast iron, enhanced) according to GOST 11964-81, sizes from 1.25 mm to 3.6 mm.
